Well, being that the DNS servers are in Washington, and much of Washington
is having power problems do to a major storm.
Of course, that is not an excuse but maybe an explanation.

Yeah, but I don't support that. You can have backup, but just have an
alternate URL or something. Easier to have www2 than make them type in the
IP anyway. And far better from an IIS/security standpoint...
