Internet printing

Hi,
I want to setup a Internet Printing server in my network for the remote users.
I have both vpn user and web based user's so what I have to do for them and
also Can I publish it through my ISA server. If we configured a web-based
printing server, is it a security threat ?? Could I configure it as Secure
(HTTPS).
Ideas and links about different articles on Setting a Internet Printing Server
and Securely Publishing it through ISA 2000 is most welcome...
