Internal web access

Hello everyone
I have installed ISA AN exchange on the same server. I have configured
internet access in two groups as follows
Group 1 full time
Group 2 after 5 pm.
I have a price list and other programs databases that need to be
accesses full time by everyone. My question is how I can allow group 2
to access web access within the local area network before 5 pm without
giving them access for internet.
