Internal clients cannot get access to OWA, published outside ISA

Hi everybody,
Internal clients at our site cannot use OWA to browse emailsthrough ISA
server. Exchange server 2000 is outside ISA server perimeter and it is
not protected by any other ISA server.
But they can check their emails using MS Outlook XP. As all Users do not
have Outlook XP, they have to use OWA for emails.
Am I missing anything.........? What to do...?
Exchange --- Internet --- ISA --- Clients.
