Unfortunately, there *may be*.
If you have added the "SkipNameResolution.." regentries from
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;292018, then you'll
see a dramatic decrease in "internal" DNS counts..

Really? So there's not a reverse DNS lookup each time someone makes an
inbound request to a published resource?

Here's good news; those counters are poop!
We ran afoul of that recently when a customer had "issues" with the DNS
cache.
You may ignore them.
