"Best" meaning what, exactly?
Are you seeking a plug-in for ISA or something to run as a file-based AV on the
ISA computer itself?
isaserver.org has their "voted best" for many ISA solutions - you might want to
take a peek there as well.
FWIW, we discourage running file-based AV on the ISA - many of these have
caused much pain for the unwary ISA admin even if you follow the guidance at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc707727.aspx
