There will always be anonymous access entries in your logs and consequently 
your reports because all browsers and many other "internet apps" will make 
anonymous requests first.

If you have any rules that apply to "all users", then these are the ones 
allowing anonymous requests to be served.

blocked or deny this access in ISA 2004 ???
