Actually this was a free call because it was service pack related. I
will post the details once I'm certain everything is working.

Classic Microsoft-ism. Error messages with no insight to the problem.
Was this a paid support incident?
Please do post the solution when you have a moment, or at least how to
avoid it the same problem.
