OK; it's been forever since I made any changes to ISATools.org, mostly because
of the fun involved with releasing two products in the same year.

** http://isatools.org/isatpre - Steven's GUI .NET tool for editing ISA 2004
tunnel port ranges

** http://isatools.org/isainfo/isainfo.zip - added command-line options to the
script (read the readme or run the .js with /? For the details) and updated
both tools to deal with ISA 2004 EE.
Both report their version as 1.0.0.2161.2.
