I'm thinking that it would be something embedded into the Web page, like
what Microsoft has for their chat interface. I really like how they have
the moderator/answers on the top windows and questions/general
discussion on the bottom window.

Meaning that we would then chat through MSN Messenger?

For a basic overview of IRC, go to http://www.irchelp.org/.

Tom, I am in the process of trying to make an ActiveX embedded
chat client with MSNCHAT.OCX. The same file they use on MSN Chat. If I
can figure out how to do it, would you be interested in using it on
ISAServer.Org?

                Hi John,

Good question, I'm trying to figure it out myself. I
used it a bit back in 1993/94, but haven't seen much of it since. You
need an IRC program, such as mIRC. Its sort of a bugger to configure,
though. Here's the configure screen that's most important, I think :-)

The server would be chat.tacteam.net on your config,
though.

                HTH,

                Tom
