The rules are "Server Publish" not "Web Publish" and the error is:

The error is the same, but this article don't apply.
The test method on the end of the article is perfect to test this error



Others details:


- Remote select statement in either servers are ok
- Linked servers in either servers are ok

Hi Mrs,

I've probelm with SQL Communication between ISA 2000 Server

Scenario
=========

MS-SQL Server A                                      MS-SQL Server  B
(network 1) --------->   ISA Server 2000  --------->   (network 2)

(last updates, every)


Problem
=======

MS-SQL Server A is talking with MS-SQL Server A throught 1433 port It
working propperly. 

But when MS-SQL Server A try to start a "Begin Transaction" it get the
following error:


If I establish a direct connection (without ISA Server) it work.
My ISA rules are:

Rule type......: WEB PUBLISHING
Destination Set: MS-SQL Server B
Rule port......: 1433 inbound

Rule type......: WEB PUBLISHING
Destination Set: MS-SQL Server B
Rule port......: Any RPC inbound (test)
 


Any help is very appreciated,
