I have the same problem. I did a search on google about it and found some
info, but nothing that fixes anything. I have tried switching the advanced
IE setting of "Enable folder view for FTP sites" also. I can FTP from a
command prompt just fine. It's inconvenient, but I can deal with it for
now. I am using the firewall client and have the appropriate protocol rules
set up (that's why command line FTP works).
