Hi Jim,
It generates an XML file and a log file. Is there a "human readable"
file that sorts out the XML too?

You should check your web proxy logs to see what pages aren't loading.
You'll have to se this infoemation to find a common point in those
requests.

Hello All,
We are having a strange problem on our ISA Server, some Web pages are
opened and the others are not I cleared the cache and restarted ISA
several times but still the same problem. For example when you open the
Internet explorer and try to open Yahoo, it opens fine but some
shortcuts inside the main page are not opening. Some very famous web
pages are not opening.
Please advice.
