Hi Lothar,
The most common reason for this kind of failure is the DNS config on the
ISA firewall. What is the DNS config on the ISA's interfaces.

Hi Tom,
thank you very much for your answer. We joined the ISA
Server to the domain and all users are domain users of the
same domain but we still have the same problem as before.
Is there anything one can do wrong when joinig the ISA server
to the AD (we used msisaent.exe to do this with the array
feature)?
