ISA2004 faulting "CompleteAsyncIO"

Hi, I'm having an SBS2003 with ISA2004 that is faulting with this error
The Firewall service stopped because an application filter module
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcrt.dll generated an exception code C0000005 in
address 77B96F76 when function CompleteAsyncIO was called. To resolve
this error, remove recently installed application filters and restart
the service.
I usually see this kind of error with the third-pary web filters, but in
this case it references a system library.
Anyone seen something like this ?
