ISA working on port 80 instead of 8080

Hi all

I have made some changes whle configuring " server publishing" , since
then my ISA server is working on port 80 instead of 8080. From Clients If
i give port 8080 under IE-connections-LAn settings, it refuses to go, if I
give port 80 then I get all Internet sites?

What might be the reason.
