The best answer is "maybe".
What are they using to terminate the IPSec connection?

Hi,
Is it possible to create IPSec (no VPN) connection from ISA itself to
another network? We need to upload data to our supplier's ftp server (they
only want to do it this way).

Thanks,
Winoto
