I have the same problem than you (with same configuration) since 2 days... it
is my provider that have a router problem. So, perharps, check this ;)

We have a 2mg link dedicated to our network, ISA is running proxy and firewall.
The first two weeks is was fine now the response is so slow. What could cause
ISA to perform so badly. Could it be some configuration on ISA or ?????
