I had this same problem, it took me 2 days to figure out how to overcome
it. I did it by creating a static route in the routing table. this page
may help you.. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884496 until I found
this page, I was totally lost, well still lost, but got it working.. :-)

something about this error doesnt make sense to me. I cant figure out what these addresses are in conflict with? as it pertains to ISA, my internal addresses are 10.20.1.0 to 10.20.3.255. Further, there are some other addresses like the 192 and 205 sets below that are routed internally. External to ISA is 10.20.5.x and 172.16.x.x. I have checked the internal network element to ensure that only the apropriate address ranges are included but this persists.
any ideas?
ISA Server detected routes through adapter "Inside" that do not correlate with the network element to which this adapter belongs. The address ranges in conflict are: 0.0.0.1-10.20.0.0;10.20.4.0-10.20.5.31;10.20.5.64-10.99.255.255;10.101.0.0-10.255.255.254;11.0.0.0-126.255.255.255;128.0.0.0-172.15.255.255;172.32.0.0-192.167.255.255;192.169.0.0-205.184.243.255;205.184.245.0-223.255.255.255;240.0.0.0-255.255.255.254;. Fix the network element and/or the routing table to make these ranges consistent; they should be in both or in neither. If you recently created a remote site network, check if the event recurs. If it does not, you may safely ignore this message.
