RE: ISA preventing external clients from downloading exe files from internal web server

I spoke with the marketing person that handles the site and he said that
he hid the links so our dealers would not mistakenly attempt to download
from them.  They are linked to the "Version Number" listed in each line. 
He made the links black without any underlines.
