ISA network setup

Hi,
I've got a W2K member server to a NT4 domain (these were the 2 old Proxies
with one working as the PDC and one way trusting relationship with the 2
underlaying NT4 Domains). When I create a Local Group on the PDC (the old
proxy) this local group can't be seen by the W2K server. Please help on this
as I'm going nuts. Somebody told me this is a bug and can't be resolved. Any
help?
