ISA is requesting browser Dial-Up Username and Password

Is there anybody to help me out.

I have ISA Server Linked to my ISP's Proxy.
When I browse from our internal LAN, sometimes the browser ask me to enter
the dial-up user name and password. I already enter the dial-up user name
and password in my ISA server dial-up entry.

Anybody help me?
