Do you have mail relaying enabled only for your authorized

Subject: [isalist] ISA and spam

I have an issue I desperately need help with. Last night we began to have
IP addresses outside our network showing up in our ISA logs. They are
anonymous users and are connecting to our Exchange server's web access URL.
The IP addresses resolve out to various ISP's. Today we have begun to
receive emails from all over the country saying we are sending out spam!
Can this be related? If so, how do I go about preventing this?
