Has anyone here successfully configured an ISA firewall to allow a Tivo machine to download using a network card from behind it. Tivo uses a linux based kernel for its processes. Apparently it only uses HTTP and NTP to connect to the outside world. I have allowed all outgoing protocols. So there is nothing blocking it that way. If I turn off ISA and set up the machine to use a basic ICS connection, everything works fine. I have tried running network monitor on both the internal and external interfaces to see if I can find a port coming back from the tivo website that is being denied, but no luck. If anyone has even tried to get this to work, and succeeded, please let me know what tricks if any you have used.
