This is not an easy scenario, as the pre-shared secret does not work
correctly out of the box.

I have spent about 10 hours on this, and am going to do a full lab on it as
soon as I am able to.

Doing some work trying to get Sonicwall and ISA to VPN together. I was
wondering if there is any way to get ISA (or Windows 2000 RRAS) to respond
to an IKE Preshared secret. I have tried using the IPSec policy to use a
Pre-Shared Key but that's not quite what I'm looking for. Any thoughts would
be appreciated.
