Bret That's a nice one about the book. I'd lend you mine but I sleep with it next to me. Try assigning a certificate in iis to the website. Then test it internally htpps://mailserver. Then export the certificate to the isa machine. Then go into the incoming web listeners and tick enable ssl listeners, edit the listener and choose "use a certificate to authenticate web clients and select the certificate you just imported. That should get you started but there is a more detailed explanation in the book and in those links.
