ISA and Cold Fusion

We are trying to use a web based calendar/appt service that is using cold
fusion. There are approx. 1500 users in my organization. This is what's
happening:
A user logs in with a username and password and the calendar works fine.
Another user logs in and they are directed to the first users information.
This happens to every user once the first person has logged in.
The vendor is saying that their software is only seeing one IP address. I
am using SecureNat. We have several other services that work absolutely
fine when users must login.
Anyone have any ideas?
