[isalist] ISA Tunnel Port Tool work on ISA 2006?

Does the ISA Tunnel Port Tool (from the ISA 2004 section of
www.isatools.org) work on ISA 2006? I didn't see it on the 2006 section
of the isatools website, so I'm hoping that means it does.
When I migrated my settings from 2004 to 2006, will my non-standard web
port settings have been migrated, too?
(I think I solved yesterday's 2006 problem, which was a certificate
problem as Dr. Harrison suggested.)
