"Full use of functions" is a little vague.
You can use everything EXCEPT those features related to Enterprise Array
functionality.
That includes user / group auth (assuming you create them on the ISA
itself).
I do this at home and it works quite well for keeping the kids and parent's
functionality separated.

If a network is only comprised of a Windows workgroup (10 users) with no
NT or 2000 Domain Controller.  Can you still install ISA Standard and have
full use of the functions?  Is a Domain Controller required and your
thoughts of the pros and cons...
