ISA Server in caching mode with Other Firewalls.

Hello All,
This is the first time I m writing to this message list. hope u guys will help
me too.....
I am using Raptor Firewall 6.5 for NT in my envoirment and I want to introduce
ISA server on my network. I have two options:-
Option No 1 :- Placing ISA server in Caching mode between firewall and
internet. So that each HTTP request from internal network will first go to
firewall and firewall will forward the request to ISA Server.
Option No:-2 Placing ISA server in Caching mode between firewall and internal
network. so that first the request will come to ISA then it'll be forwarded to
firewall and out to internet.
so I have a doubt that what difference it makes if I put ISA server before or
after the firewall. If somebody is using this scenario with any other firewall.
which option they r using and why...?????
I hope somebody will answer to my query. I tried searching on Microsoft site
also but........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
