I too write my webproxy and firewall logs to a sql server, Is there any way
that I can configure ISA to use the data in the SQL database to create it's
out of the box reports as it still seems to be looking to the log directory
for the information?

Thanks

All initial requests are anonymous. ISA relies with to the client with an
authentication request. Since ISA logs everything, you see anonymous
requests.
