I have configured no reports. It seems as though daily report
summarization is enabled by default, even though no reports are. I
disabled it; perhaps that will eliminate the error.
That was the only error I was seeing in the event logs.

2 - dailysum is faulting
You've configured ISA for daily reporting, which occurs every 24 hours.
Have you tried deleting and recreating the report jobs?
What other errors are you seeing in the event logs?
There's also a link for problem repotting on the site where you
downloaded the bits.
You should go there and fill out your trouble report.
