ISA Server 2004 Client -----SMTP

In my LAN I've a test win2003 server connected on internal network.
I've activate the SMTP Service for my internal client to send email.
On ISA Server I've create a roules that enable all outgoing request from
my internal server.
I wont that ISA Server 2004 Client send DNS request (of inetinfo -The smtp
service) to external interface and return the result to my internal
server. I ve create a custom application.ini file but it not work.

RemoteBindUdpPort=53

EnableRouteMode=0
If I configure the first DNS on my server the internet DNS the SMTP work
fine.
Can you help me ?
