There is no relationship between Windows SP1 and ISA SP1.
Installation or removal of one has absolutely no effect on the other.

Got it. Just to make sure, uninstallation of Win03 SP1 will not bring
any problem to ISA2K4 and merely bring its status back to ISA2K1 SP1.
