Hi,
Though the uninstall of Win2003SP1 runs smoothly, i faced problems
related to IIS services and Exchange Server 2003. The IIS services would not
start successfully & could see a lot of services tied to IIS crashing in the
event viewer.
You could fix these probs by completely uninstalling Exchange 2003 & IIS and
performing a reinstall. This worked for me & everything seems to be OK.
With respect to ISA2004, you would not get any probs with it aftr Win2003Sp1
uninstall.
