ISA SMTP filters

I have a stand alone ISA server that I am trying to configure some SMTP
filters on. I have configured two one for .exe and one for .vbs whenever I
go into my filters and look at them the .vbs one shows with a green check
and I am able read the line across that describes the filter. However the
one that I defined with the .exe has a stop sign symbol and I can't do
anything with it. I can't delete it or edit it. When I try to add a new
filter for the .exe it says that one already exists.
