ISA Reports and Config

Hi
I've just installed an ISA array comprising two servers. Our general admin
account has full control of ISA at the Enterprise level, and full control of
the array, but when I try to backup the configuration I get an "operation
failed" message telling me I don't have the necessary permission to perform
the action.
Also, where are reports stored in a multi-server array?
