ISA Problem with DNS

Hi. I have noted a communication problem between ISA and my Internal DNS. It
simply responds timed out when i try to do a nslookup.
I have 2 external DNS and the communication with them work with no problem.
I have created in IP packet Filters new DNS lookup rules applied to my
internal and external interfaces but doesn't seem to work.
Any ideas of this issue?
