Thanks Jim, that did it. -----Original Message----- From: Jim Harrison [mailto:jim@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, July 16, 2002 9:49 AM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] Re: ISA Management permissions http://www.ISAserver.org I am, but I also prefer TS to remote MMC; there's no DCOM involved that way. Still, if you must use it, make sure your DCOM settings at the ISA server support it. The domains trust each other, I am a local admin on the box and have explicitly granted my account full control through the server properties in ISA Management. I can terminal server into the box and use my account for ISA management just fine but when I try to do it remotely I get the error that I don't have the necessary permissions blah blah blah... I didn't think there was anything special in the way of domain rights that had to happen for a standalone server. Any ideas? Jim: I know you're the world's greatest fan of remote ISA administration ;-) -Shawn ____________________ Shawn R.
