ISA + MSN + Conferencing Server

Hi all
On this week I have to configure a network based on ISA and Exchange.
Isa act as a normal firewall and trought this must pass all multimedia data
of Netmeeting and MSN.
In this Topology, a normal web navigator using ISDN or DSL must connect with
MSN Messenger to a server on the internal side the LAN
Examples:
WEB ---> ISA ---> Exchange
MSN ---> ISA ---> Exchange
Netmeeting ---> ISA ---> Conferencing trought MSN
The question is: is totally possible sharing all of these services with ISA
or I must install Exchange on ISA?
