ISA IPSec to watchguard firebox

Hi all,
we are using ISA since 2 years ago. And now we're requested to connect to
a server behind a watchguard firebox 1000, for our user to access an
application in that server.
Therefore someone was telling us to define a IPsec connectivity from ISA
firewall to Watchguard Firebox.
Is there any place where I can find information about this. Of what to do
or not, and any factors to take into consideration for good performance??
