You need to have a protocol rule allowing DNZ Zone Transfers for Exch and
IIS SMTP servers.

I have the mailserver behind ISA. The mailserver runs as a firewall
client. Email messages from our company get hung in the exchange outbound
queue. I have a protocol definition for mail which allows pop3 smtp pop3
(server) and smtp (server). I can get around the problem by setting a
protocol rule to allow all IP traffic (not a very good solution.) The
error message in the exchange outbound queue is johndoe@xxxxxxxxxx
[Network Error during host resolution]
Any ideas??
