ISA Event id 15108

Hi All,
I am getting this error Event id 15108 on the Windows 2000 ISA SERVER,
SP1,FP1
"ISA Server detected a spoof attack from Internet Protocol (IP) address
212.100.193.18. A spoof attack occurs when an IP address that is not
reachable via the interface on which the packet was received. If logging for
dropped packets is set, you can view details in the packet filter log. "
How do I overcome this? Internet is damn slow on this.
Any thoughts please.
