ISA Errors

Hello All,
I am always having this error when I open the Alerts TAB (Refresh Failed, you
don't have the necessary permission to perform this action). Could you please
advice.
Also in my event Viewer, in the application log, I always have this error.
Source :userenv, Event ID 1000 (Windows can't do loopback processing when the
computer is joined to downlevel domain or is a member of workgroup. Loopback
processing is disabled).
Could you please help with these two errors.
