RE: ISA Cannot Bind External Interface when publishing - a Server

I have done it already.. (I brought the ISA server UP With the Cables
connected and still not get it. I have even connected the external
Interface a external hub together with my Router. Also I don't have
anything logged on the Event Viewer related to that.

any other Ideas???
