ISA Cache Configuration

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knew how to recover an ISA server that has "forgotten"
about C: drive with respect to available drives to hold a cache on.
I did have my server configured for a 2nd spindle, however its died, and I'm
wanting to put the cache on the C: drive as an interim measure. The drive *is*
NTFS, however not visible in the cache configurator. Any ideas?
