That error relates to MSDE having issues with the db files. Do you have
the log folder compressed or anti-virus hitting it?

It seem the restart issue I was having cleared itself after I applied
two patches to the server. However just tonight I received the following
error message in ISA 2k4 Server. I did what it asked however the error
appears with a bit of time and the Firewall service also stops working.

So I am not sure what else to do but to maybe rebuild the server!?

Description: The ISA Server Web filter failed to log information to MSDE
Database ISALOG_20050914_WEB_000 in path C:\Program Files\Microsoft ISA
Server\ISALogs. The MSDE Error description is: Warning: Fatal error 5180
occurred at Sep 14 2005 6:57PM. The problem may be resolved by
restarting the MSSQL$MSFW service.

For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help. The failure
is due to error: Unspecified error
