X-LINK2STATE is used for Exchange bridgehead servers to notify each other 
than the link state tables have been updated.   I see these all the 
time.  Normally, I set up the SMTP Event *not* to write a log to the event 
log just so that I don't have to look at them.  I don't think there is alot 
you can do about it- it is normal for your SMTP Filter to filter these out.
