I didn't do it on the production server.....:)).....did it on a test
server just to see if it was common to dc's...seems to be.

Doing DCPROMO down and then back up on an SBS 2000 Server is not
supported usually leads to problems once your server is a DC again.
Let us know how it works out.

A quick update.
I demoted the DC and it installs without any problem, this is not
good...:((...server is a 2indows 2003 SBS and has to be a dc....Customer
wants ISA as a firewall solution but will wait for 2k4 rather than
spending the money just now on ISA 2000

Is anyone having problems installing the beta.
I am trying to install it on my server (2003 Standard), but errors out
because it cannot install the sql engine...no obvious errors in the log
or in the event viewer.
