Hi Andreas,
The issue is actually a lot more complex than that. There's a KB article
on the Cirtrix site, IIRC regarding this issue. Don't know if Citrix has
a fix for it yet, though.

Hello all, if we open a citrix connection via citrix web client and the
session is for about 3 minutes idle, then we have to reconnect to the
citrix server. The server doesn't have any session timeouts configured.
I think that the ISA box disconnects those idle tcp sessions. Is there a
way to configure this timeout values?
